Shipping & Returns

At Otzar Hayam, we value your time and aim to make your shopping experience as pleasant, fast, and transparent as possible.

1. Shipping within Israel

All our products are handmade, so we dedicate special attention to handling and packing your orders with care.

Handling Time: Orders are processed and packed within 1–3 business days from the time of payment (excluding the day of the order).
Shipping Method: We ship nationwide via door-to-door courier service.
Delivery Time: Typically 1–5 business days after the package is collected by the courier (delays may occur for remote locations).

Shipping Costs (Israel):

Door-to-Door Courier: A flat rate of 50 ₪.
🎁 Free Shipping: On orders over 450 ₪ (VAT included).

2. International Shipping

We ship our products worldwide via Registered Mail (Israel Post).

Delivery Time: Typically 10–21 business days (depending on the destination country and local customs procedures).
Shipping Cost: Calculated automatically at checkout based on the package weight and destination address.
Taxes & Duties: Local taxes, duties, and customs fees in the destination country (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. However, as our products are cosmetics and personal hygiene items, specific rules apply in accordance with the law and Google policy:

Return Conditions:

Timeframe: You may request to cancel the transaction and return the item within 14 days of receiving your order.
Item Condition: Returns are accepted only if the product is in its original sealed packaging, undamaged, and completely unused. For hygiene and public health reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

Return Methods & Costs:

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. You may choose one of the following options:

Courier Pickup (Israel only): We can arrange a courier to collect the item from you for a fee of 50 ₪ (this amount will be deducted from your refund). This is the easiest and safest method.
Self-Shipment: You may send the item back to us via registered mail (at your own expense). Please contact us for the return address.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within up to 14 business days after we receive the returned item and verify its condition.
