We, Otzar HaYam Cosmetics, value your time and want the process of receiving and using our cosmetics to be as pleasant and transparent as possible.

1. Shipping within Israel

All our products are handcrafted, which is why we pay special attention to fast order processing. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the receipt of payment.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Times:

Courier Delivery (50 ₪): The estimated delivery time is 1–2 business days from the date of dispatch.

Israel Post (30 ₪): The estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

FREE SHIPPING: Enjoy free shipping on all orders totaling 700 ₪ or more.

2. Returns and Exchanges

products are cosmetics and personal hygiene items, special conditions apply to them.

Return Conditions

Period: You can request a transaction cancellation and return within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
Product Condition: A return is only possible if the product is in its original, undamaged packaging and has not been used. Opening the original packaging or using the product prevents its return for hygiene reasons.
Costs: The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
Refund: A refund will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
